Lonestar and ‘CallRec’ Software Test

Posted By on May 29, 2007

QmobilsoftIn answering a question about audio recording software on the Palm Treo 700p, I’ve attempted to record a short live music segment using software by Qmobilsoft call CallRec. It’s easy to use, cost less than $20 (link for trial version) and offers the ability to record phone conversations or voice memos. In an attempt to push the software and cellphone to the limits, I recorded a 3 minute live television studio performance by Lonestar — click to download the ‘low fidelity mp3 test.’
