Is it January or July?

January 07, 2008Although southwestern Ohio isn’t the only area of the country feeling the heat … I can’t let today pass without mentioning that its tee-shirt weather! Wow … its hard to believe that it is January.

  • We are eagerly awaiting it in the Northeast. Supposed to come tomorrow. Perhaps when you see some “live at the First In The Nation Primary” video coverage tomorrow, some voters will be in shorts. Seems to be a NH tradition.

    if (temp>45F) {
    wear shorts;

  • I’ve been watching the coverage … and enjoying getting to know the candidates a little better. I’ll keep my eyes open for NH voters wearing shorts and I’ll remember your comment!

  • Jeez, I put the top down on my Miata today… AND WASN’T EVEN COLD!

    (I have this habit of putting it down whenever it’s 41 F or greater (my limit is 40, but Mazda says 41 F minimum or the vinyl will crack.))

  • Nice … top down sounds pretty appealing. BTW … I like your thinking in regard to how to encourage better energy use in vehicles.
