Music Monday: A snippet from a 1970 CSNY Jam Session

Posted By on December 14, 2020

I should be playing Christmas music or doing something more productive with my evening rather than sitting back writing this and listening to 1970’s music (although we did finish our abbreviated and “break” from writing our tradition letter).

Those shortcomings aside, I couldn’t help editing down a 4 minute 36 second segment of a “Jam Session” from a favorite bunch of musicians known by most as CSNY or Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young (I think it is from 1970 only because that is the year mentioned on the original 53 minute tape). The long mp3  recording  was mentioned in a previous post, but since I particularly enjoyed this segment over the weekend and uploaded it to my Fitbit watch, I’m using it for today’s Music Monday.
