Music Monday: Pushing a Jimmy Buffett memory forward

The post for today was already scheduled, but after a back-and-forth with an automotive friend, our subject matter turned to me “needing a haircut” (photo left) … which was thankfully better than our last conversation on his major dental work; so I’m changing today’s Music Monday “tune.”
JR is a retired DJ and the “needing a haircut” triggered a song by Jimmy Buffett for me and my dad telling me that same thing (yes, I had slightly longer hair). After double checking that One Particular Harbour was the correct album for the song … “We are the people our parents warned us about” … and thinking, “I don’t think I’ve heard this song in a while” (see previous post). It seemed like a perfect song for a Music Monday in May?
