A couple months for bigger Ford Hybrid tax credits

There are a few changes are coming for the hybrid car buying few … and I mean car buying few … unless Washington DC pulls a few last minute strings. Tax credits are being reduced by about half, so … if you are thinking about buying a new hybrid car this year, it might be worth pulling the trigger before the tax credits are reduced as noted in a recent post on Cars.com.
Ford’s tax credits:
- 2010 Fusion Hybrid: $3,400 (Now-March 31); $1,700 (April 1-Sept. 30)
- 2010 Milan Hybrid: $3,400 (Now-March 31); $1,700 (April 1-Sept. 30)
- 2009 Escape Hybrid FWD: $3,000 (Now-March 31); $1,500 (April 1-Sept. 30)
- 2009 Escape Hybrid AWD: $1,950 (Now-March 31); $975 (April 1-Sept. 30)
- 2009 Mariner Hybrid FWD: $3,000 (Now-March 31); $1,500 (April 1-Sept. 30)
- 2009 Mariner Hybrid AWD: $1,950 (Now-March 31); $975 (April 1-Sept. 30)
