Tech Friday: Is Y2K still going to be a problem?

With Y2K in the past, I wonder if I still need to keep this 3.5 inch disk from a Windows 2000 emergency repair?
I suspect I can toss the disk since I don’t think I even have a 3.5” disk reader anymore … although in the pile of old computer gear … it is likely that I do!
While moving my office last week in preparation for new hardwood flooring, I’ve been trying to dispose of old and aging tech items and miscellaneous junk. One of these days I’ll do the same for our bedroom closet, the basement, garage, etc!
